Information Resources Center (IRC)

AFRIMS has the largest overseas medical research library in the DoD and is an invaluable resource for the Institute staff as well as local institutions. The library’s extensive collection of hard copy research materials is augmented by a variety of online resources including databases, journals, books and internet links with collections worldwide. The AFRIMS library also has access to the libraries of the leading medical institutions in Thailand.

Medical Audio Visual Section (MAVS)
MAVS provides a full spectrum of audio visual support to AFRIMS.  These services include general and medical photography, medical and technical graphics/illustration, conference/classroom scheduling
and operation, video documentation/production, audio visual presentation and equipment support.

English Language Instruction
This program aims to provide English language instruction and consultation for AFRIMS Thai employees. The courses cover from beginner to advanced level, including English for Specific Purposes. It also provides services on English Proficiency Test to recruit and hire new CA employees in the selection process.
