Department Vision

We are working to discover and develop better health for all people but especially for U.S. and Thai servicemen and women.  Scientists can expect the highest quality animal research data to support their research objectives.

There are four values that guide all of our activities:

Safety — The highest value is to protect our employees and ensure their safety when conducting research.

Data Integrity — Providing complete, accurate, clear, and reproducible data to scientists is critical to our success

Animal Well-being and Welfare — Every effort will be made to minimize animal suffering and provide superior veterinary medical care while achieving the scientific objectives.

Efficiency — We must minimize costs whenever possible so that we can continue to provide superior services at a competitive and fair price.
